As I look at my row of "organic" green cleaning products on my shelf I beam with pride with how beautiful they look, how beautiful they smell (we have Lavender/lavender bergamot/ Citris/Rosemary/Geranium/honeysuckle) and how it's a pleasure to clean with them. They live such a pure and healthy lifestyle. Hidden away way below the sink is the friend who is kind of a metallic green, smells like you are instantly going to die just smelling her, she smokes like a diva, drives a hummer and does coke all weekend. She knows that she is the one that my heart beats for. . . Comet
When I couldn't get those rust stains out of my mom's baby blue gown she wanted to wear for her funeral who took care of the job, my girl Comet. When I had some serious mildew lurking around the shower stall that obviously months of months of using Miss Lavender/Bergamot/honeysuckle didn't take care of who came out from under the back of the sink . . Comet
She is someone I can count on when life and stains get tough. She is like an old friend that you call upon when you really need help and I love her for it. She has always been in my life since I was a child. I also have to give props to a dear friend of mine that comes around for Thanksgiving turkey grease clean up, Dawn. Dawn is the only one who can instantly fight through a sink full of disgusting turkey grease when Miss Lavender can't meet the challenge.
They are like friends who I know are probably not good for me but I know they are there when I need to get down and dirty.
